Clonmel Premier Physiotherapy Clinic was established by Eimear Quinn, Chartered Physiotherapist. Eimear completed her undergraduate training in physiotherapy in University College Dublin. She is a dedicated physiotherapist  who has since spent 2 years in Melbourne, Australia, where she graduated with a First Class Honours Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2009. Eimear also achieved First Place International Student in the Masters Programme overall and First Place Student for Coursework and Clinical placement in Sports Physiotherapy.

 

Having previously worked in South Tipperary Hospital for over 2 years, Eimear gained a wealth of experience treating an array of conditions both musculoskeletal and neurological. She has since worked with the Tipperary U21 football team, Kilkenny U 21 hurling team and other elite athletes. She has worked in private practice since 2008 in Melbourne, Kilkenny and Tipperary.

 

She is a Stott Trained pilates instructor and enjoys teaching classes. She has also completed several other courses including dry needling and sports traumatology.

 

 

 

Louise Murphy graduated from UCD with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2005. She then commenced work in South Tipperary General Hospital where she gained a wealth of experience in the assessment and treatment of a multitude of different conditions. She has also worked with Galtee Rovers GAA teams. She has since completed several postgraduate courses in Women's Health & Continence and has specialised in this area. She runs ante-natal & post-natal classes as well as baby massage and yoga classes. She also specialises in assessing and treating women, men and children with continence problems.

 

 

Sergiu is a fantastic addition to the clinic. He is a world class athlete having competed in the marathon in the World Championships in Moscow. He is two time National Marathon Champion and National Cross Country Champion in 2013. He brings a wealth of experience to his work.Having trained as a kinesiotherapist and physical educator in his native Moldova, he has gone on to study at the Physical Therapy Institute in Cork where he has graduated as a physical therapist and is entered on the Irish Institute of Physical Therapy Register. In addition, he has Athletics Ireland Coaching qualification in his repetoire and coaches athletes in Clonmel, Fermoy and Mitchelstown. Sergiu specialises in manual therapy and massage.
