The body is vulnerable post birth. While you want to get back in shape , it’s important to exercise in a safe way.

Postnatal pilates is the ideal way to start exercising and start toning the body with other new mums. These classes are suitable to attend from 2 weeks post normal delivery and 6 weeks post C-section. You can safely & gradually get your body back, focusing particularly on bums, tums & pelvic floor. Also, learn some simple exercises you can enjoy with your baby!

  • Strengthen your abdominals from the inside out.
  • Improve strength and co-ordination of your pelvic floor.
  • Tone your waist, bum and legs.
  • Improve cardiovascular fitness.
