I don’t know whether physiotherapy or massage will help me?
If your problem is muscle or joint related we can help you alleviate pain or move better. We offer specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapy and massage. We provide the highest standard of physio in Clonmel. If you have previously been prescribed medication but they are ineffective, we can help by improving biomechanics. If you require onward referral, we will contact the relevant medical consultant. If you have unremitting pain at night, have been feeling generally unwell or have had unexplained weightloss, we would advise you to consult with your GP first.
What will I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothes. Perhaps bring a pair of shorts or wear a vest top if appropriate.
I am afraid it might be sore?
Occasionally physiotherapy can feel a little uncomfortable.Don’t worry,your therapist will stop or reduce pressure if you require.
How much does it cost?

Am I covered by health insurance?
If you have health insurance, you may be entitled to re-imbursement. This depends on the plan you have, you may wish to contact your provider and see if your plan covers treatment. We will provide all receipts for the relevant health care provider. Our practioners are listed on either the register of Chartered Physiotherapists or The Irish Institute of Physical Therapy Register which means that sessions are redeemable once these disciplines are included on your plan.
